Formula :

  • Construction Cost = Builtup Area × Cost per Sq.ft
  • Cement = Builtup Area × 0.4
  • Sand = Builtup Area × 0.816
  • Aggregate = Builtup Area × 0.608
  • Steel = Builtup Area × 4
  • Finishers = 16.5% of total cost
  • Fittings = 22.8% of total cost
